Ancra Test Rig

Ancra Australia has recently purchased a Tysci Technologies Proof Load Tester as an ongoing commitment to our complete range of services and testing.

The Ancra Test Rig has a testing range between 300 KN x 0.1KN utilizing a Hydraulic Ram with a Digital Indicator with Peak Hold Facility and has been calibrated to Australian Standard AS2193-2005 (Calibration and classification of force measuring systems).

Ancra test all chains, fittings, strap assemblies, flat and round slings, buckles, shackles and applicable Lifting Equipment to the relevant Australian Standard with all test results printed and supplied to clients where required and a duplicate is held on file in accordance with our strict internal safety policy.

Located at our Braeside premises, the Ancra test rig is able to retest repaired products, provide tensile testing W.L.L., proof and break M.B.S testing of lifting appliances and issue certificates which provides peace of mind to our clients.
